Mid Year Reports will be sent home on Friday 22 June. Please view our video for an explanation of our reports.

Due to your feedback, and the move away from National Standards we have modified the look of our reports and the information we share with whānau.

We hope you like the new format and find the information both timely and useful.

Changes now include:

•  Adding of the Key Competencies and aligning them with our school values on the front page.
  
• Adding in an 'Integrated Learning' category to comment on other curriculum areas.
• Adding of a general comment for Mid Year not just End of Year reports.

Reports will now be sent to you electronically as a pdf document. This is not only a conscious decision for our environment but is also a more effective and convenient method of delivery.

Receiving your reports on Friday will allow you time to read through the report and for you to formulate any questions you may wish to bring to the Student Learning Conferences next week.

School Interviews for all classes EXCEPT PUKEKO NEST, will be held on the following days:

Monday 25th June: Pukeko, Tui and Korimako
Wednesday 27th June: Pukeko, Tui, Korimako and Toroa
Thursday 28th June: Toroa only

Interviews will commence at 3.20 pm and continue until 6.20pm, in 10 minute slots.

Here is how to book your school interview:

1. Go to www.schoolinterviews.co.nz

2. On the first page, enter the event code: vgvn4

3. Enter details – email, parents name etc, then ‘Go’

4. Select Teacher, then ‘Go’

5. Select time, then ‘Go’
