Te Reo on ‘Ko Au’- All About Me. Korimako
Our focus has particularly been on whānau and using kupu/words and phrases about our whānau.
We have learned to say who our mum, dad and siblings are, as well as some of te reo grammar rules when talking about these members of our whānau. We have learned the kupu/words for extended members of our whānau and people's jobs.
Each day we practise these in our morning hui and then we do some fun activities at the end of the week such as some kupu bingo and slides culminatiung in a play using a range of scenarios about our whānau.
Ko wai tō tuahine rānei, ko wai tō tungāne rānei? Who is your sister or brother? Ko __________. Ko _________ raua ko _________.
