Te Rito Harakeke - Marshland School principles of teaching and learning underpin the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand professional code and standards ‘Our Code, Our Standards’. To develop school indicators to guide our teaching practice, we also collectively unpacked contemporary literature and research. These standards, principles, and practices are embedded through staff professional growth cycles, professional learning, observation, and appraisal processes.
