We have been learning Te Reo Māori during paramanawa (morning tea).
We are really excited to share some of our Te Reo Māori learning this Term. Every Monday students are able to come into the Harakeke room and engage in a fun Te Reo Māori lesson.
The past few weeks we have looked at describing the colour of an object.
He aha te tae o te āporo?
What colour is the apple?
He whero āporo.
It’s a red apple.
We have also been looking at how we ask what something is.
The best thing about these sessions is that we can build on our learning in class as you can see in our Te kupu o te wiki video. We have loved our learning this week and, as always, if you have any pātai (questions) or ideas, or notice any errors please feel free to get in touch.
