Lemonwood Grove School Production 2019

Sarah Lewell —

Only 1 week until our first ever Te Uru Tarata|Lemonwood Grove School production - Around The World in 935 Days.

Here are the final notes for the production.

Friday Night Performance Tickets

We have sold over 50% of the tickets for our Friday night performance at Rolleston College. If you are planning on purchasing tickets please make sure you have done so before Wednesday 21st.

After Wednesday 21st next week we will open up tickets to those that would like to buy more than 2 tickets. This will be on a first come, first served basis until sold out.

Unfortunately due to safety restrictions we are unable to have more than 400 tickets sold to the performance and you must have a ticket to gain entry - no preschoolers on knees, sorry.

Tickets for Friday night can be purchased via the school Kindo Store: https://shop.tgcl.co.nz

Friday night tickets will be sent home with your children.

Dress Rehearsal Tickets

Tickets are also available to our two dress rehearsals at school - Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd at 12:30pm in the school gym.

Tickets for the two dress rehearsals can be booked via: https://forms.gle/PmgTgUywZjNJ3Ehf7

Dress rehearsal tickets can be paid for at the door but must be booked prior.

Costumes

You will have been notified by your child’s whanau teacher about costume requirements for your child (please keep an eye on emails). If you are unsure please contact your child’s whanau teacher.

TK & MK Costumes should now be at school - please make sure that all costume items are named and are kept in a named bag. Kopara costumes need to be at school by the beginning of next week.

Performance Night - Friday 23rd August

BEFORE: Children need to be at Rolleston College no later than 5:15pm. Please accompany them to a teacher from their learning landscape who will sign them in.

The performance begins at 6pm. LINK will be selling refreshments prior to the performance in the foyer (cash only).

AFTER: At the end of the performance, please collect your child from their whanau teacher - children will not be released until they have been signed for by a parent. If you have arranged for another person to collect your child please let your child’s whanau teacher know. We anticipate the performance will be finishing by 8pm.

Children are in more than one act throughout the show so they will be required to stay until the end of the night.

Thank you for all your support! We are really excited and looking forward to our performances next week!

Kind regards,

Jennie, Maree and the LWG team.
