It’s been a busy few weeks, here’s the latest from your Board of Trustees.

MP Poto Williams visited Lemonwood Grove School on the 25th of August to announce details of a Growth Plan to support the growing population of Canterbury. The announcement included a number of projects including confirmation that further land has been purchased to build a 6th school in Rolleston. Most exciting for Lemonwood Grove School however was the announcement of our Stage 2 Build. The build will be an exciting time for our school with $8.9 million in funding to create new learning landscapes for 350 more learners. The build will increase our school’s total capacity to 750 students.

Lemonwood Groves’ Board of Trustees recently completed its appraisal of Sean as Principal of Lemonwood Grove School. We are pleased to confirm that the appraisal went well, we are very satisfied with the work Sean is doing and the passion he has for our school. Thank you to the staff and whānau who provided feedback to help inform his appraisal.
