Lemonwood Grove is part of the Ngā Peka o Tauwharekākaho Kāhui Ako. (Community of Learning).

A Community of Learning:

• Has around ten schools and/ or local ECE. 
  
• Usually has a geographic basis.
  
• Is committed to a focus on raising student achievement.
• Lifts the capability of teachers and leaders.
  
• Builds collaborative practice around pathways of learners from early years through to tertiary.
  
• Gets families, whānau and communities more actively involved!
  

The schools in our Community of Learning (CoL) are Rolleston, Clearview Primary, West Rolleston, Burnham, Rolleston Christian, Rolleston College, West Melton, Weedons, Lemonwood Grove, Kingsley and Waitaha. 

Our CoL Leaders are Sue Jackson (Principal of West Melton) and Sandra Keenan (Principal of Burnham School).

Over the coming months we will work together to develop a plan including shared achievement goals. We will keep you updated.
