On Wednesday our newly appointed PALs (Physical Activity Leaders) attended a one day training workshop run by the Selwyn Sports Trust. The role of the PALs is to encourage our learners to take part in and enjoy physical activities. As leaders they will encourage teamwork and help build relationships between younger and older learners through sport and games. They all had a fantastic day out learning new skills.
