Over the last month the Clearview Primary and Lemonwood Grove School Board of Trustees have been working with the Ministry of Education to define the Falcon's Landing subdivision. MINOR AMENDMENT TO ENROLMENT ZONE

Clearview Primary School and Lemonwood Grove School

In accordance with section 11MA of the Education Act, 1989, The Board of Trustees of Lemonwood Grove School and Clearview Primary hereby wish to notify the public of the minor amendment to the enrolment zone between the two schools.

In order to avoid the likelihood of future overcrowding in both schools, the boards of Lemonwood Grove and Clearview Primary wish to define the enrolment zone between Springston-Rolleston Road and Lincoln-Rolleston Road, effective from Monday 5th August 2019.

Please note the important information below:

· The boundary roads that determine each school’s zone include both sides of the road for both Lemonwood Grove and Clearview Primary. The ‘Roads map’ and written description will show the distinction between both school zones.

Please refer to the maps and road descriptions below. These will be on each school website from the beginning of Term 3.

The home zone includes both sides of the road, unless specified otherwise:

Starting from the intersection of Dynes Road and Goulds Road;

· North-East along the Southern side only of Dynes Road to Springston Rolleston Road / Lanner Drive intersection

· North-East along (both sides of) Lanner Drive to Eyas Drive

· South along Eyas Drive to Crets Road / Talon Drive / Falcons Landing

· North-East along Crets Road / Talon Drive / Falcons Landing to Lincoln Rolleston Road

(including 202 Lincoln Rolleston Road)

· South-East along Lincoln Rolleston Road to Selwyn Road

(including Selwyn Road from Lincoln Rolleston Road to Weedons Road, and addresses on the Western side only of Weedons Road from Selwyn Road to 533 Weedons Road)

· South-West on Selwyn Road to Goulds Road

· North on Goulds Road to Dynes Road

(including 1037 Goulds Road, Fry Place, Charles Major Road, Widdowson Road and Burrow Street)

The enrolment zone amendment, which includes a precise description of the home zone, may also be viewed at each of our school offices.
