New Staff - Term 2

Blair Dravitski —

Welcome to Te Uru Tarata | Lemonwood Grove School

Teacher Appointments
We would like to welcome Ruby Lynn to the Tūī / Kereru (Y2) teaching team in Term 2 through until the end of the year as a maternity leave replacement for Paige Bowler Berendt.

Ruby Lynn
I grew up in Christchurch and studied a Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) at the University of Canterbury. I have been working as an Early Childhood Teacher for three years and doing relieving at a range of Primary Schools. I love the outdoors hiking as well as spending time with family and friends.

Support Staff Appointments
At the conclusion of Term 2, Steph Kibblewhite has resigned as a Learning Assistant so she can spend more time with her grandchildren. We wish Steph all the very best and appreciate her reasoning for making this decision.
We have been fortunate that we have been able to appoint 2 additional 'Learning Assistants', with one working Tūī / Kereru (Y2) and the other working in Kahikatea / Kopara (Y1).

Rachael Woodworth
I relocated from Auckland to Rolleston with my family at the end of 2021 and I'm really enjoying exploring the South Island with my husband and 3 boys.
I have been a learning assistant for several years and really enjoy supporting both students and staff.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, reading and gardening. On the weekends I can be found on the side-lines supporting my boys in the various sports they play.
I am looking forward to joining Lemonwood Grove School community and getting to know everyone.

Sue Bruning
I am excited to be joining the Lemonwood Grove School team in a new support role. I have previously worked in preschools with neuro diverse children. I have been the administrator at the Rolleston Playgroup for a number of years and I enjoy seeing children learning new skills, challenging themselves and finding their place in the world.
I live in Lincoln with my husband and have 2 adult sons. I enjoy caravan holidays, spending time with family and friends and walking/training my dog.
