Identification Bracelets for Primary School Students Project

Jen Hodgkinson —

Dear Lemonwood Grove Primary School,

We are a group of year twelve Lincoln High School students who have elected business studies as one of our optional courses this year.In business studies we are currently working on an internal NCEA standard (AS 90846) which requires us to design, conduct, and present the findings of market research for a new or existing product, service or brand. Our team have decided to design an identification bracelet that primary school students can wear during the school day that will prevent them from getting lost on their way home from school. The bracelets will state the child's name and a guardians contact, or the schools name and the schools contact (depending on the schools/parents request). This means that the child wearing the bracelet can ask someone to call their parents or school to arrange transport home. To do this can you please complete a survey, and we will send some product trials to review and analyse. Here are the surveys we would like your schools community to respond to. Survey for parents here.
