Welcome New Staff
We have been so privileged to welcome new staff this year.

Darryn Ward (Deputy Principal)
Darryn has joined the senior leadership team as an additional Deputy Principal to work alongside Troy & Sarsha.
Darryn has most recently been principal of Fernside School and is wonderful to have his knowledge and experience on our staff.

Maryanne Matagi (Year 7/8)
Welcome Maryanne to Te Uru Tarata | Lemonwood Grove School.
Maryanne has most recently worked as a teacher at Waitākere School on the East side of Christchurch.

Tyla Van den Beuken (Year 6)
Welcome Tyla to Te Uru Tarata | Lemonwood Grove School.
Tyla has relocated to Canterbury from Taranaki where she has previously taught at St Joseph's School in Stratford.

Meghan Robb (Year 4)

Meghan has most recently worked as a teacher at Oxford Area School.

Holly McRobert (Year 3)
Welcome Holly to Te Uru Tarata | Lemonwood Grove School.
Holly has most recently worked in our junior school and prior to that returned from working in Australia.

Katy Docherty (Year 1)
Welcome Katy to Te Uru Tarata | Lemonwood Grove School.
Katy has recently graduated from the University of Canterbury and we are excited to see her start her teaching career with us in 2025.

Brianna Hedley (Year 1)

Brianna has recently graduated from the University of Canterbury and we are excited to see her start her teaching career with us in 2025.

Paege Sumpter (ORS)
Welcome Paege to Te Uru Tarata | Lemonwood Grove School.
Paege has most recently worked at Waitaha School and will be working with those learners in our school who are 'ORS funded'.
