Te Uru Tarata | Lemonwood Grove School has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to add value to our existing senior leadership team as a third deputy principal in 2025. 

Our school has a culturally diverse community and has a current roll of 954 learners with a projected roll of 1,150 learners within the next 2 years. We are well resourced by an incredible Board of Trustees and valued as professionals by our supportive community. 

The successful applicant will have strengths in learning supportor curriculum and the application should provide examples of leadership in these area(s). 

The person we seek will have exceptional interpersonal skills and prioritise relationships with our 3 key stakeholders of staff, learners and community.
 
The person will need to be adaptable, agile and responsive to the challenges that come with a fast growing school/community. 

This is fully released position and opportunities for professional development are available as part of the senior leadership team.
