Our Learning Spaces

We are really proud of our learning spaces.

The design, carried out by Stephenson and Turner Architects and Mark Newdick Landscape Architects, will provide open, innovative learning spaces to enhance collaborative teaching and learning both inside and outside. The design has been based on sound educational research carried out by Dr Julia Atkin.

Communicating with Whanau

At Lemonwood Grove School, we use Hero, a learning-centered system to communicate with parents and caregivers about their child’s learning.

Hero allows teachers to share learning anytime, anywhere and this can be viewed on any device. We are excited about the potential that the software offers. The report is designed to build year on year so that over time you will have access to written posts, assessments, images, video and helpful resources all in one place.

For information about how to log in and view your child's learning, go to Hero.

Lemonwood Grove also utilises Facebook as a medium to inform parents of upcoming events. We current have 2 pages:

Te Urutarata | Lemonwood Grove - General page which is visible to the public

Lemonwood Grove Whanau - Closed group for current families
