Rachael Stephens - Learning Support Coordinator (LSC)

Rachael joined the Lemonwood Grove team in Term 3 2019, having worked previously as a Resource Teacher of Learning and Behaviour (RTLB) based at Lemonwood Grove. Rachael is passionate about and fascinated by Neuroscience and Neuro-motor development and how we can use research and findings to better support learners (and ourselves).. In her spare time, you can find Rachael out and about on her family’s lifestyle block with her husband and son - weeding the many gardens, feeding the family pig Wilbur, on the ride-on lawn mower, DIY-ing and relaxing in the sun with a good book. Rachael is also interested in mindfulness and wellbeing practices, and loves an episode of Coronation Street every now and then.
