Sefton School Home Learning Update -22nd August
Kia Ora e te Whanau and Families,
I hope you’ve all managed to get and enjoy the sunshine over the weekend and everyone is safe and happy in their bubble.
Tomorrow we will start our formalised home learning programme - all your teachers will have been in touch with you regarding your child’s class programme. Obviously it would be great to get your tamariki into a routine, but we understand it will be different for every family, especially those managing children across different levels and schools, and working from home yourselves. Please do not stress about getting children to complete tasks if they or you are finding the situation challenging. Everyones’ well being is the priority at this time.

Procedure for those people needing to pick up devices or hard packs - Mon 11.30-12.30:
For those students that have been identified as requiring hard packs or loan devices from the school, we will have a contactless pick up point at the school gate between 11:30am-12:30pm tomorrow (Monday 23rd Aug)
We ask that the parent or guardian that is collecting the items observe the ministry of health guidelines:
Masks to be worn
Social distancing rules apply - 2 metres
Onsite register / covid app scanning if required
This is not a time to stay and have a chat, we ask that you move through our system quickly and efficiently.
For anyone that is not able to make this pick up time, please do not worry, we will endeavour to make arrangements to have them delivered.
