Note: 

1. All people having photos taken must be ready in the correct uniform in the quad 10 minutes before photo time including coaches and managers. Everyone is to be in the photo regardless if you are purchasing it 

2. Photos will be taken at start times (no exceptions) 

3. Rugby players please be dressed ready for your photo and in quad at 8.45 am (all teams) 4. Captains and TIC’s please inform your coach and managers of photo times. 

5. The gym will be open for changing into sports uniforms
