On Friday 27 November 4 teams competed in the North Island Secondary School Junior Beach Volleyball Championships held at the Mount Main beach.

There were a total of 140 teams entered, a record for this event. The girls competed well against the big competition. The two Year 9 teams finished an impressive joint 5th and the two year 10 teams competed strongly. These girls did the school very proud and showed great determination and sportsmanship. Well done!
