On Monday 30 June we had 11 students compete in the BOP Cross Country Championships in the wet and windy conditions.

They thankfully got the races done before the heavy rain took over the Bay. We had three students compete in the Year 9 category Lilah Joe who came 3rd, followed by Ruby Jones and then Steph McEachen.

In the Junior Girls Team we had Maia Poutawera who finish in 2nd place followed by Paige Rickard in 8th, Jessica Pilbrow, Tetsani Poroa-Thompson and Lillia Varley. 

In the Senior Girls Team we had Naomi Mortimer who finished in 5th place, Tiarna Allen in 7th and Sarah Cummings 11th.

Great racing by everyone and they represented the school proudly.
