Tauranga Girls’ College hosted the regional round of the National Maatangi Whenua Geography competition. It is a geography-themed quiz where Year 11 Geography students compete with other Year 11s nationwide. The interactive quiz challenges their general and geographic knowledge.

It was an enjoyable night; the six students representing Tauranga Girls’ College made us proud! Well done to Karandeep Kaur, Neeve O’Loan, Maddy Sherwood, Nina Chernova, Malia Sanalio and Imogen Hodgson.
