Juanita van Pareen

I am Juanita van Pareen in Year 9 Art. We have been focusing on different painting techniques and creating a piece of art that includes all the techniques. I painted the bee layered art using stencils, sponges, and scrapers. I used different techniques, including sgraffito, layered stencils, and modeling paste. I really enjoyed being able to make a piece of art without having to stress out over perfection. I loved being able to go wild and do what I wanted to. 

Amyjane Undersen-Watts

I enjoyed making my first multimedia artwork. We had learnt a lot of different art techniques, and I tried to use as many as I could in this painting. I did some modelling paste stencils of flowers, leaves, and a Dragonfly. Then I painted fine detail on them. I also used crayon and dye on the Dragonfly. I love trying out new colours to make it interesting.
