It’s that exciting time of year when we welcome prospective students into our kura for our annual Tauranga Girls’ College Open Evening!

On Wednesday 10 August, Tauranga Girls’ College staff and ākonga welcomed prospective students to our annual Open Evening. The evening kicked off with speeches from Tumuaki (Principal) Ms Kanji and Head Prefect Ella Ryan, followed by a fantastic performance of the school ngeri by our kaupapa group.

Groups of prospective students and their whānau were then taken on a tour of the kura and got to participate in various activities in all of the different departments. What a fantastic opportunity to see the best of what’s on offer at Tauranga Girls’ College!

We are so excited to welcome all of our new students for 2023 and look forward to seeing everyone again at our orientation day on Thursday 24 November. Enrolments for 2023 are now open at www.tgc.school.nz and our school office is open from 22-26 August from 10am-2pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday and from 10am-5:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday to assist with enrolments. No appointment necessary!
