The TGC Junior Badminton Teams made a remarkable impression at the recent Western Bay of Plenty Badminton Champs.

Fielding eight go-getting teams, our athletes showcased skill and determination throughout the tournament. Their hard work and dedication paid off as four of these teams triumphed, securing coveted spots in the next round. This success would not have been possible without the support of their teacher in charge, Ms Patete, and coaching from Jin Lee, Prachi Patel, and Anjali Pillay.

Overall, it was a great day out for Tauranga Girls College, filled with fun and sportsmanship. As our teams prepare for the wider Bay of Plenty Champs next term.
