During the Term 1 holidays, four Year 13 students - Maia Flint, Brooke Poutawera, Teia Kahura and Emily Trask, completed their Duke of Edinburgh Gold Practice Expedition by completing the Pouakai Circuit, Taranaki. Although the wet and windy weather conditions made the tramp more challenging, the views were amazing and the group had a really fun time. Miss Robinson and Miss Metcalfe completed the expedition with the four students.
