In mid-January, Tonga suffered widespread damage and devastation as a result of the eruption of the Hunga-Tonga-Hunga-Ha’apai volcano and subsequent tsunami. As a kura, we came together and had a stationery collection. This initiative was driven by our Pasifika group. Five boxes of stationery were sent to Queen Salote College in Tonga - a college of 990 girls. The donation was very gratefully received by the girls and staff.
