Tauranga Girls' College choristers top the Scholarship rankings at the Tauranga Opera Forum Scholarships 2023

Each year, Tauranga Opera Forum puts out a call to the best of Tauranga’s vocalists to audition for singing scholarships. The five top-scoring applicants perform at an adjudicated concert, and this year, four students from Tauranga Girls’ College were selected to perform in the final concert.

Congratulations to Ansh Dhot, who won the premier scholarship; Ashana Watene, who took second place; and Yanni Corsame, who won the third scholarship. It was a fantastic effort, ladies, and incredibly well deserved. You looked and sounded fabulous!
