Rogaine

Sports —

We had two teams compete in the Rogaine Challenge on Thursday 31 March.

This event involves teams using a map and an app to find as many checkpoints in the two hour allocated time. Each checkpoint is worth different points so it is also about strategically selecting the right ones to find in the time limit to get as many points as possible. Our Year 12 team consisted of Georgia Chrisp, Sunny Davis and Liv Marshall and our Year 13 team was Keira Allott, Danielle Handley, Louise Handley and Kaiya Holdem.

Both teams had great fun running around Mount Maunganui, up and down and through the streets to find their checkpoints. The Year 12 team are currently winning with our Year 13 just behind in 2nd. This competition is running right up until 14 April so hopefully we can maintain our top spots. We are even beating all the boys teams from boys college. Go TGC!
