On Tuesday, 24 October, eleven students competed in the Bay of Plenty Manawahe Adventure Race.

Although the day started wet but, thankfully, by the time the students had to participate, it had stopped. This event involved them running through 9km of farmland, undergoing various nature tasks along the way and trying to finish it as fast as possible. This was a mixed event, so the competition was tough with them up against some all-boys teams.

It was a great but definitely tiring day with the many hills! Well done to all those who participated.
