Monday 14 November the Bay of Plenty Junior Ultimate Frisbee Championships were held in Waipuna Park.

This was the second time ever that TGC have had a team entered in an Ultimate Frisbee tournament and it is a great, fun growing sport. Our juniors had four games in their pool round before going into finals. They were up against some tough teams who have had a lot of experience compared to our beginning team. Some of the games were very close and the team got much stronger as the tournament went along. The final game was only lost by one point! Everyone played really well and we are excited for the future for our Ultimate Frisbee team. Congratulations to Livvy Perenara who won the Spirit award for the school.
