We are so proud of our Gold Duke of Edinburgh group who just finished their final qualifying adventurous journey!

 They jet-setted off to Great Barrier Island for four days of hiking through the beautiful wilderness. Pristine beaches, giant kauri trees, and the thriving birdlife were just some of the highlights.

These akonga have worked tirelessly to complete their Duke of Edinburgh award to the highest degree. Graduating with Gold entails an invitation to attend a Gold Award Ceremony in Auckland to fully celebrate the outstanding achievement.

Keep an eye on the notices in 2023 if your Year 10 or Year 11 tamahini would like to join at the entrance Bronze level.
