2021 Training Available

  • New to Tauranga is the Electrical Trades Foundation Course. Entry is Level 1 NCEA Maths, English and Science. It is delivered by ETCO (The Electrical Training Company). For more information you can visit the website www.etco.co.nz or contact Steve Gardner at steveg@etco.co.nz

  • Distribution Cadetship for school leavers - a 12 Month Journey
    Six weeks in class written & practical sessions on Health & Safety, achieving a Forklift OSH Certificate & General Introductory to Distribution papers.

After six weeks the student goes out to industry paid employment, with Toi Ohomai working alongside getting students back in at one week intervals to upskill throughout the year.   • SENZ Tupu Aotearoa is an organisation which helps Pacific young people find employment, complete further training or study. Please contact raniora.waru@senz.org.nz

  • Ara Rau is a one-stop shop where people of all cultures, ages and stages can go to obtain all the information they need regarding employment, training and upskilling. The aim is to provide a meaningful and authentic connection to our communities; a safe, inclusive place for job and career seekers to grow and connect with local employers and service providers. Ara Rau is located at the rear of Priority One and Rydal House, 29 Grey Street, Tauranga CBD. Holiday Jobs and Full Time Employment

  • A Dental Practice in Greerton wants to employ a Dental Assistant in the New Year, with training in December. The role would initially be part time but will lead to a full time job as Dental Assistant (Certificate earned) and Receptionist. Applicants would need to be able to work in a team environment, be reliable and have spelling and writing skills. Contact Mrs Wilson for details and contacts.
