We had a team competing in the Hillary Outdoors Get 2 Go Challenge

The girls had a great day battling the weather in Rotorua on Thursday 5 August. The rain added a muddy element to some of the challenges making it harder for the girls but they gave it their best efforts! 

Their first challenge was Rock Climbing (thankfully inside in the dry) climbing various walls in the fastest time to get the most points, kayaking on the lake trying to get as many laps as possible in the set time, mountain biking through the mud and finishing with orienteering in the Government Gardens. 

There was a total of 24 teams. The girls finished 1st girls team and came 8th overall which is a great result!
