Each year the Eagles run a Secondary Schools Golf Tournament at Te Puke Golf Club. The Eagles provide prizes and lunch for the young golfers as a way of encouraging young people to play golf.

This year Caitlin Maurice, Georgia Kaye and Judy Shin represented Tauranga Girls’ College at this event. Caitlin Maurice won the top women's Gross score with a 71 off the stick. Caitlin received a trophy and a golf polo. Georgia Kaye was runner up with an 86 off the stick and received a golf towel. We had a fantastic day with beautiful weather, good company and good golf. Well done girls.
