The opening night of the Tauranga Girls’ College Art Exhibition, ‘Artful Wāhine’, was a memorable evening celebrating our talented artists and was well attended by friends and whanau.

The collection of artwork is awe-inspiring, with a high level of skill evident and a wide range of ideas represented. A lot of artwork had red stickers by the end of the evening, which means they have been sold.

Our students also supervise the exhibition during the weekend, allowing them to meet the public and discuss the artwork. The exhibition finishes on Saturday 9 September.
