PB4L

TGC —

PB4L aims to provide a positive school climate to create a supportive environment for personal, social, and academic growth for students and staff.

It begins with our values and supports the school foci of building whanaungatanga and addressing priority learners - supporting greater student engagement and achievement and developing student key competencies.

PB4L builds expectations, strengthens consistency, and provides routines that promote safety, smooth transition, and a calm and cooperative space for learning and social development.

It explicitly and positively teaches the behaviour we want to see and why.

We also reward positive behaviours and our values in action when we see them via PB4L Reward Cards, PB4L Postcards home and a rewards system. You can find links to all of this in our slide share.

Every week a PB4L google slide is shared at Whānau Time. In the future, we will share these with our community via our newsletter.
