A number of our talented Dance students have recently received solo and troupe nominations in Dance to compete in the 2021 National Young Performer of the Year awards as part of the Performing Arts Competitions Association of NZ.

This multi-discipline award represents eight of the art-forms traditionally covered in the competitions movement, and is the pinnacle of achievement for many of our competitors giving them a unique opportunity to perform at national level. These art forms include:

  1. Highland & National Dance

  2. Modern Dance

  3. Instrumental

  4. Speech & Drama

  5. Ballet

  6. Tap

  7. Vocal and Pianoforte

  8. Troupes
