The Kaitiakitanga Committee has been spreading aroha in the greater community by planting trees.

These passionate environmentalists spent the morning of 4 August planting 255 trees from 34 different species at Gordon Carmichael Reserve. The girls would like to thank their sponsor Sunrise Rotary of Tauranga for helping them make a difference in our local environment. One of the best actions we can take to tackle climate change and improve our environment is to plant more trees so at TGC we’re proud to have girls that take pride and commit to making a change.
