Manaakitanga

TGC —

The days are getting shorter, the term is getting longer and unfortunately, this means we are tired and need to remember to be kind and inclusive in our classrooms and our kura. As a result, the PB4L slide this week highlights our value of Manaakitanga.

Our Kaiako is looking for demonstrations of manaakitanga across the school, whether in their learning space or when ākonga are interacting with others..

We acknowledge the student body and their caregivers' are supporting us in being a phone-free kura and living out a positive phone-free day. There are over 2000 cards in circulation and our rewards boxes are filling up. We encourage students to get their reward cards to their Whānau Teacher so that they can be in the draw for Term One's prizes.

Show your manaakitanga today!
