Level 3 Japanese language students made the popular Japanese street food - Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki as a celebration for the end of their Japanese Language programme and the end of an era for Tauranga Girls' College as the last of the Japanese language cohort finishes.

Tauranga Girls’ College celebrates around 30 years of Japanese language education with curriculum courses for Years 9-13. Sayonara Japanese さようなら日本語。

For those students who are interested in foreign languages we offer Mandarin, French and Spanish for all year levels.
