Bay of Plenty Futsal Championships

One senior and two junior teams. This was a great warm-up tournament for them leading into their seasons.

Our two junior teams played well and finished second in their pools. This resulted in them playing for third place against each other. The game was a great even competition with them drawing at full time, so they finished third equal.

Our seniors had tougher competition, needing to finish first in their pool to qualify for the final. They had some great games, but unfortunately, they didn’t win enough to finish top.

Well done to all the students involved; you made Tauranga Girls’ College proud.
