He Tumu hou, he Tumu e hoki ana | Appointments and reappointments
The Council has announced new appointments and reappointments effective from 1 July 2024.
The Hon Matt Doocey, Associate Minister of Health, has appointed Professor Marie Bismark and Dr Alexandra Muthu as new Council members.
Additionally, existing members, Dr Stephen Child and Dr Ainsley Goodman have been reappointed. These four appointments follow the election by the profession earlier this year and are for a three-year term.
We thank Dr Curtis Walker and Dr Pamela Hale for their outstanding service, as they step down from Council, effective 30 June 2024.
