Have you ever wondered the hows or whys of things?

Well, We headed down to Tūī to learn and read more about how some students in Tūī think thunder is made, and where they think that loud rumbling noise might come from... We loved their wonderings and thought we’d share some of their writing and pictures with you too.

“I think thunder is made from fairies pushing clouds together” - Matilda

“I think thunder is made from clouds crashing together” - Elliot

“I think thunder is just a big bang” - Rangi

“I think thunder is made by positive charge and negative charge” - Owen B

Some of these are correct, some of these are creative, but they’re all very interesting thoughts.
