Have you downloaded the App onto your phone? Have you joined the correct groups?

The school app is our primary way of communicating with you so it is vital that you have the app installed and are familiar with the settings. If you haven't downloaded the app, follow this link: https://schoolappsnz.co.nz/install/

Once installed, you can use the app to report an absence, to check the latest newsletter, to pay for something via Kindo and to see what's coming up on the calendar. The staff uses the app to alert you to upcoming events or to let you know of an event that may need your immediate attention.

To ensure that you receive relevant alerts, you need to subscribe to the correct groups. Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner, select Alert Subscriptions and then tick the groups that you'd like to join. For example, if your child is in Room 4, you'll want to join Room 4, Year 3 and Koru.

You will always receive schoolwide alerts, even if you haven't subscribed to any groups.
