With the additional processes in place, Three Kings school is well prepared a safe place for all our students to return to normal learning during level 2. However due to other restrictions some additional events have either been postponed or in the case of some cancelled altogether. Please read on for a list of events and any changes that have been made.

Term 3 – School events

• Whole school assemblies – cancelled until further notice
• Three Kings School speech finals – continue but unfortunately closed to parents due to gathering limits in Auckland. Video options are being investigated
• Calendar Art unaffected
• Tongan Language week (7th – 11th Sept) – within school events planned
• Te Reo Maori Language week (14th – 18th Sept) – within school events planned
• Kauri Bike safety – continues as normal
• School Science Fair – Public event in the hall cancelled, Teams will have a digital sharing of science learning from the term
• School Cross country postponed to Tuesday 22nd September - this will possibly need to be run without parent spectators.

Term 3 – Sports

• Zone Cross country cancelled
• Zone Netball Cancelled
• Zone Softball Cancelled
• Zone Football moved to 20th October

Term 3 – external events

• Community of schools speeches – Cancelled

Term 4 – School Events

• Powhiri – TBC
• Year 5 road patrol training – no change
• Scarecrow Festival – TBC
• Year 6 Rainbows End Trip – No change
• School athletics provisionally 4th November

Term 4 - Sports

• Zone Kiwisport combined with Year 3&4 have-a-go day 30th October
• Zone Athletics no change (24th November)
