Thank you to all of you who answered our quick survey on reporting to parents at our parent partnership meetings.

We are gathering some student voice and have talked with our teachers about what they feel is important.  Our next step will be to mock up a couple of examples for mid and end of year.  We will put these on boards out under the crown before and after school in week 6. You will be able to look at these, put a tick next to the one you like or give written feedback. 

Early indications suggest a focus on reporting on a broader range of skills / competencies and also clarity of achievement. This may be done by showing progress over time pictorially, such as a bar graph, rather than using the language of national standards (well below, below, at and above).
