Reminder Anxiety 101 in the school Library tonight

John Waller —

We are excited to remind you about our special Parent Evening - "Anxiety 101 for Families."

Topics covered include:

What is Anxiety? Understanding anxiety is crucial in helping our children navigate their emotions and cope with the pressures of school and daily life.

Recognising Anxiety in Our Children By recognising the signs early on, we can provide the necessary support and resources to help our children thrive.

Impact on Children and Families Understanding and addressing anxiety collectively will strengthen our families and create a supportive environment for everyone.

Impact on Learning Anxiety can significantly impact a child's ability to learn and reach their full potential. When children feel overwhelmed or anxious, it becomes challenging for them to focus on their studies and participate in classroom activities. By addressing anxiety proactively, we can pave the way for a more conducive learning environment.

Simple Tips and Strategies to Manage Anxiety We will offer insights on fostering resilience, building coping mechanisms, and creating a positive support system for our children.
