On Friday, 18th of June, we took the whole school to the theatre to see Beauty and the Beast performed by the National Youth Theatre.

It was amazing to see how engaged our students were with the live performance.  The singing, dancing and costumes had them all intrigued. We were very proud of how well behaved our students were, it was a huge undertaking with them leaving school just before 11am and returning at 3.  A huge thank you to Mrs Gray, Miss Lawrence and Miss Neary who oversaw all the logistics of moving that many students across the city and back safely!  With 13 buses to coordinate, being dropped off and picked up at 4 different stops around the Aotea Centre we couldn't have done it without our fabulous parent helpers - and Ms Young back in the office tracking all the bus's movements!
