Job Title: Kitchen Specialist - Garden to Table Program

Contact Hours: 8:45 AM to 11:15 AM, Tuesday to Thursday

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Specialist to join our Garden to Table Program. If you have a love for cooking with fresh produce and want to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Be passionate about food and have a willingness to learn, share and communicate this to students.
   

2. Liase with the Garden specialist to plan the Garden to Table programme including harvest requirements. Paid non contact time is allocated to do this

3. Structure the cooking class to allow time for the students in small groups to prepare, cook and share for food and allow for time for cleaning up. Provide clear student friendly recipes for groups to follow. The Garden to Table website provides a multitude of resources to support this.
   

4. Be resourceful and imaginative in providing a hygienic and safe kitchen area for student use. Instigate a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule for all kitchen equipment.

• 8:45 AM to 11:15 AM, Tuesday to Thursday
