The Incredible Years Parent Programme is a 14 session, group-based programme for parents of children aged 3 – 8 years old. It supports the skills and confidence of the key adults in the lives of young children, it aims to promote children’s emotional regulation, positive social interactions, language development and relationships with others.

If you think you would benefit from the course, it will start on Tuesday 11th August – Tuesday 1st December and will run for 2.5 hours each week for 14 weeks from 10 am – 12.30 pm. (It does not run during the school holiday break).
