For the first 4 weeks of the term, we are lucky enough to have secured a class set of life jackets for use during our swimming sessions.

Students will participate in games and activities to build their confidence in the water while wearing life jackets. Here is what some of our Year 1 learners had to say:

I liked it when we all went in a circle. I like the life jackets because they tip you over. Ophelia

We were doing the pirate game. When the captain says 'Captains coming' you have to say 'AHOY CAPTAIN'. Sienna

I like when Mrs Burt said 'Scrub the deck' cause you get to splash in the water. Dylan
